We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for your convenience. Please note that there is a surcharge for using your credit card to purchase military, tactical, self-defense, and survival products. To ensure timely processing of your order, please provide your precise billing address and phone number, which should match the information on file with your credit card bank. Please keep in mind that your credit card will be charged prior to shipment of your order.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of all items and the dimensions of the box(es) being shipped. We will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Should the shipping charges differ significantly in price the extra charge may be charged to you at Military Surplus desecration.
Shipping Time — Most orders received before 10:00 AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 10:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
Please remember that shipping date estimates may vary depending on your chosen shipping provider. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Military Surplus or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
For international orders, customers are responsible for covering all custom fees and related costs. It is important for our customers to know what can and cannot be legally imported into their country. We cannot be held responsible for items that are seized by law enforcement (Customs, state law enforcement, federal law enforcement or similar agencies). When shipping internationally via US or foreign carriers, insurance is required for all items prior to shipping. Military Surplus cannot be held responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Military Surplus allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method used at the purchase time.
Military Surplus works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please email us to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, save all packaging materials that arrived with your order, then contact us no later than 48 hours after receiving such an order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sleeping bags, shoes, or undergarments that have been used. For safety and legal reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on any of the following items (including but not limited to): flak vests, new bulletproof vests, new body armor, new Kevlar helmets or other Kevlar materials, new bulletproof plates, and gas masks. All US-issued military surplus and used items are non-refundable. Close-out and discounted items are also non-refundable.
